The minimum order is 10 kg. Before your first order, we can help estimate the approximate weight of your batch.
02What can be included in 10 kg?+
The exact mix depends on textile density. It may include bed linen, towels, bathrobes and other approved categories.
03When is delivery free?+
From 50 kg, return delivery of clean linen is free. From 100 kg, we collect used linen free and return it clean the next day.
04Do you accept guest clothing?+
No. We specialise exclusively in hotel textiles and do not accept personal items, clothing, footwear or carpets.
05Can you wash coloured items?+
Only by prior agreement. We check composition, colour and manufacturer guidance before accepting a batch.
06How is the price calculated?+
Individually, based on weight, textile mix, batch size, order frequency and logistics. We do not price by apartment type.
07Can cleaning be ordered with laundry?+
Yes. Cleaning is available as a separate additional service, with terms and schedule calculated individually.
